Sorry to hear you're feeling that way, obviously take a break at least if you aren't enjoying it.
I've found the best way to enjoy any competitive activity is to focus on the improvement, if it's a 4v5 because we are behind someone rage quit I'll set a new goal like putting on as much rotational pressure on the enemy team, trying to backdoor with an Ohmwrecker, having the best KDA from that point forward all to hone my skills or try something new with the bit of assumed downtime I have.
If I'm playing my 200th game of J4 jungle I have a list of skills/activities I need to do better and any game is experience towards that. The reality is, if you had LCS style talent you won't have to worry about getting into Diamond. Maybe you won't ever get what you deserve actually in terms of MMR but that's out of your control.
Every loss in this game is pretty frustrating, however I find when I watch my replays I'll see one of three things and feel much better:
#1: I actually made many mistakes that I'm personally capable of doing better. In this case I shouldn't deserve a way win anyways.
#2: I actually made genuinely good plays up until the point the game snowballed out of control.
#3: I played decent but I could have made some great plays to potentially carry the game harder.
I watch almost every replay and it helps improve your perception of the reality of the game which is very important if you're judging the games the way you are.
