so has anyone gotten wires from everest poker

I've done this a couple times before to the same bank account and its gotten there in 3-4 business days, this time im 2 1/2 weeks in and haven't recieved the money. Support insists that they processed it properly on their end but won't give me any info because I can't produce a bank statement from july cause july hasn't ended and apparently online banking screen shot doesn't work.

I don't understand, what can I do in this situation. I know what to do in the future, transfer all money to stars first before withdraw but Im kinda stuck here atm.

Should probably post this on the internet poker section, if you haven't done so already. Talk to customer service?

its the 7th or 8th email ive send to support and it feels like they are stonewalling me.

Apparently I need to send them a screenshot with all my transactions in july, and my screenshot isn't enough because it has 1 transaction. Its a US savings account that I use for poker wires its not gonna have more than a transaction a month

I dont' even understand why I need to do that

Everest... left that site years ago. Are they still part of the ongame network? Afaik there is a big thread in NVG about Ongame-cashoutproblems. Ongame is pretty much dying since BWIN left.
