I may just get him with RP. He seems pretty straightforward to play. So expensive though

he's one of the harder AD carries to play well imo. Positioning is a bit easier, but alot of skill shots and alot going on.

Maybe I'll wait till he's free lol.

How does LB's attack animation suck?? It moves fast...

LB is easily one of the most fun pubstomping champs. Playing her in mid feels a lot like playing mid in HON/DOTA, where mid roams a ton to gank top/bottom lanes. Unfortunately ganking doesn't give you nearly as much xp or hurt the other team as much in LoL =(.

I 100% agree that there are other factors, I just think that all the other factors would normally point to someone like Xerath not have super high damage which he does. It's mostly just to dispel the idea that Xerath has good range but that his damage is mediocre which I hear a lot of people say.

Xerath falls short in his ability to just purely nuke someone. Even putting aside the fact that ignite doesn't couple well with his general play style, his "burst combo" is very long. He also has no other defensive abilities.

For example, ur middle vs annie. Annie can flash, stun, combo, and kill you from probably about 60%. If you flash stun, combo vs annie as Xerath, she comes out of stun about 1/2 way through ur combo and gets to retaliate, stun and flash away, etc.. her combo will be stronger unless you take smite which just isn't all that great on xerath, she also has a much better chance of getting away before you land your full skill shot based, drawn out combo.

Basically if you try to trade with any of the pure nuke AP's, Cass/Malz/Brand/Annie, you're going to get ****ed up. You have to harass them down and avoid getting caught. He's also very very mana hungry, and has no farming crutches other than Q'ing waves of mobs. If ur Q'ing mobs ur gonna go OOM and u can't harass. So it's harass or farm well, you have to choose. Everyone else on that list doesn't have to make that choice

Watching SV's stream and they almost lost because some guy was too aggressive after killing Baron, trying to initiate a team fight after it. Jesus Christ it's not that difficult. The vast majority of close games are lost because one team is either out of position or way too aggressive.

ETA: SV and a lot of the high Elo guys are constantly saying "don't be greedy" yet it seems to be a foreign concept to most.
