I actually miss League but there just isn't enough free time to play both it and Overwatch. If OW gets stale or is poorly managed by Blizzard, I could see returning to League. At the same time though if I'm going to play a globally popular online game I'm not going to play a dying one, rather I'll play the FOTM.

I'll say one thing about League, the years of playing have given me much tougher skin for losses or BM.

"Couple of things planned:
1)Make towers acknowledge calls for help if the ally being hit's outside their range, but the enemy hitting them is under the tower. At present it's unintuitive and really punishing that if you're zoned really far back from your tower enemy champions can stand under it and hit you without risk.

2)Give towers some concept of champion aggression memory. Basically towers won't go back to shooting minions until there aren't any enemy champions in their range who've recently damaged one of their team's champions. Main impact of that is expected to be on champions that dive at low levels using untargetablity effects (Elise, Fizz etc). The ability to swap agro onto another champion's still there and still powerful, trying to defend a tower in those circumstances shouldn't be as lopsided though (risk just isn't there for the attacker at present). As with lane swaps we don't want to remove early tower diving, we don't think the risk being taken/price being paid's high enough though, leading to a situation where you just don't bother trying to defend at all (tower still goes down, you just go down with it)."

Heads up guys, free (for 3750 IP) Project skin (older series so Yasuo, Yi, Zed, Lucian, Leona, or Fiora, all 1350+ RP normally) if you log in two times over the next couple weeks.

Cliffs: Log in later today, buy blue, green, and red caches (2250 IP all together) and open them. Combine augment shards to create an augment cache and open that. You'll now have five project cores, some icon/border blueprints, skin shards, and summoner icons. A week later, log in and buy gold cache (1500 IP) and you'll get seven cores and a project skin blueprint that can be unlocked with 11 cores and hopefully you didn't blow any in the last week crafting summoner icons or whatever.

I don't see where you can buy caches for IP. Anything I can find with Cache in the name is RP only.

They are the "first strike" icon blueprints, which give you the ability to craft the actual icons for 7 cores each or whatever they're called.

You get an augmented cache fragment which is like how you craft the keys normally, where you need 3 of them to turn them into an actual crate/cashe.

It's all pretty dumb imo.



There will be something available on August 9th that isn't available yet. I don't know if that's the piece that's missing from Tiger's "IP only" list of things you can buy. He does mention it though.

Accessories -> Search "Icon" under Hextech Crafting, these three boxes that are labeled Icons are what I meant.



For 750 IP you get the icon, project cores, augment cache fragment, and a blueprint. Just ignore everything else and form and open the augment cache and come back in a week to get the gold box they're going to add that will have a random blueprint for a project skin you can activate if you save all your cores.

Riot bringing the IP sinks this year, they're going to make all individual chromas available for 2k IP for a few weeks starting 8/25. Meh, they're all so mediocre, I'll probably get pink Zac and I'm not sure if I'll bother with anything else.

Even for me apparently. You actually get a Project blueprint which forges into a skin shard, which you still need to pour 1000+ orange essence in to make permanent. The gold chest/disruption icon is up in the NA shop now.

Add damages to Brand, a champ that is pure cancer in soloQ when a bit overtuned, that has always been a >50% winrate midlaner

Nerf Ashe R damage

My favourite thing with Rito is how they handle Gragas compared to other tank jungler. The fat drunk ginger, was op for 8 month last season, they nerfed him, then when tank jungle meta was dead at the beginning of the season, Gragas wasn't played for 2 months and they buffed him twice again. But every other tank junglers have just been nerfed post-juggernaut and never got anything back
