i honestly have no idea how sivir was able to do stuff against ryze/aniv something was horribly wrong

that alistar did hella work too, and i didn't want to arrow all the time cause i'll just hit him although i prolly shoulda went for it anyway

but yeah obviosly his other moves are the problem, all they do is damage

its terribly weak in lane, I had a veigar/cait lose to a vayne or something. but we ended up winning when veigar caught people who just got melted in 2 different team fights

? it's on a 20 sec cd at lv 1 16 at lv 5 which is pretty bad if that's the only kind of support skill you have. leona can stun lock just as long too and do it twice as often.

I think he builds at least 35% CDR (Shurelyia's + Codex + CDR boots), so that brings the CD to ~10s. AOE stun on 10s CD is pretty nuts.

yeah i'm just saying it sounds like you're saying that move is bad cause the cd is too long, which is not the case at all. that move is godlike. Like...it's legitimately more powerful than Thresh's ult, and has a fraction of the cooldown

the issue is, as you've also pointed out, the rest of his moves do literally nothing. but you can't really say anything bad about veigar's stun, it's easily the best non-ultimate spell in the game

you have to replace their best move with deceive

guarantee that doesn't break nearly as many champions as replacing with veigar E
