Game will go up on the 7th, LCS starts on the 14th.

Express your interest in here, preferably stating what times would work for you to draft. My guess is that a weekend day in the European evening/early afternoon Eastern would be best, possibly sunday? Generally I should be able to make any time that isn't night time in Europe.

I could, although there should be separate NA and EU leagues since EU plays 25% less games so leagues can't be 8 players.

EU only league is kinda pointless because you'll have players with 2 bo3's and players with 1. In for NA only. Maybe we can get 6 players tho?
