Shacker is pretty much worse than Snoopeh, however now that Snoopeh has been back he's been playing much better, so maybe the competition for the jungler spot made him work harder or something.

its not like froggen haven't played utility mids on eg, lux was his main for awhile and he played morgana vs frost in worlds

Lux isnt really a utility mid since she can 100-0 squishies from a nice range.
And ofc he can play utility mids but the problem is that if hes not carrying noone else will. Also he doesnt play much Lissandra and having that pick in such a crucial game is dumb.

Well thats the problem because Snoopeh isnt gonna carry. Eg is like CLG except that they want Froggen farmed so he can carry so having him on a champ that initiates and helps others carry is dumb.
