that Fizz game vs Gambit was so great, Assassins counter Ahri and they spent the whole game praying to keep Fizz away from Ahri and it didn't matter in the end Fish too good

at some point I think teams will ease up on TF bans/pick in EU, there isn't the same level of TF players as Korea, and the teams don't abuse his pressure quite as well. He has some key horrid lane matchups too.

EU playoffs will be a total crapshoot, so much equity in lucksacking a top2 spot right now

fizz is ridiculously strong, im not sure why hes not played more often
playful/trickster is one of the strongest abilities in the game, imo

a shame that tabzz is an ad carry now, but he's probably one of the strongest fizz players at EUW. Another strong guy is a hacker that played under incarnation, but he's permanent banned from LoL so he can't play anymore, but that guy owned everyone in the LCS with fizz in mid.

Incarnation started the 30/0/0 barrier ignite fizz craze on EU. That **** is still insanely strong, hit lvl 2 go allin. gg.

You even tell people "He's got barrier ignite, gonna allin you very early" and they're like "nps lololol " XXX HAS DIED. FIRSTBLOOD.

especially since lane swaps don't really work in soloQ

I like the TP Ignite summoner combo in pro-level games, playful trickster is such a strong skill for escapes

man gambit needs the threat of a bench to force them to get back in it. genja/alex/darien all seem like they don't focus enough/don't work hard enough

Its hard to stay 1 step ahead all the time. Gambits strenght has always been their innovative teamplay more than individual brilliance and now that most teams have caught up strategy wise they will stay at this level unless they come up with some new amazing strategy.

Their strength has always been their insane teamfight mechanics.
Their champ picks gave them a small edge but we've seen them be down 5k and win a teamfight they should have lost 100 times.

Their weakness is they are lazy. Genja won't duo w/ the support to practice ( why edward left ), amongst other things.

yeah, that's exactly my point. genja being lazy, darien solo Q'ing in games that go bad for him... why would they change that if they got no reason to? even the possibility of being benched could be enough

one thing to keep in mind though is that Gambit is the only team that doesn't live together and travels every week back and forth from cologne to Russia when others just practise. For IPL5 (where they won from CJB & CJF) they had a bootcamp for 2 weeks.

They acknowledge that they have issues now and started already with their bootcamp in Kiev and this will be prolonged till WC if they can qualify for WC.

They'll be back on top of their game for worlds then I'm confident in that and imo they are the only team that stand a chance from EU (maybe Fnatic aswell).
