poppy support was pretty popular in challenger/master soloQ all preseason. It seemed like it was picked all the time on twitch streams, specifically QTpie's.

Her kit can be pretty obnoxious, especially the W. She is an awful blindpick Top and can easily be destroyed by a lot of picks, but would be good against the likes of Yasuo/Fiora/Riven and Irelia.
