Ofc he is that much worse, the pressure forgiven brought to a lane just doesn't reflect in KDA or whatever. Teams actively avoided the SK botlane and put themselfes into bad spots because of it and when their was 2v2 there was a ton of pressure from botlane. That pressure gave Svenskeren a lot of options and obviously that pressure is gone as Candypanda and Nrated just aren't as good.

A losing botlane exposes every other lane, especially Fredy Top who was awful last split as well.
