The way insec build him. Like depending on the Situation Jungle Item + LW --> randuins or Jungle Item + Hexdrinker --> Randuins.

kha is awful in lower elos where people don't know when to engage and disengage. he is obv a good ganker but when group. he is just kinda meh. i still think its better to build him damage. i think for a tanky kha to work, you need a lot of team help

I'm maining Fizz and doing really well with him, climbing up the gold (currently g3).

I need a solid second/third pick. I tried nidalee, I'll do ok with her but almost never dominate. I get so flustered with her spell rotation in teamfights and lose track of which form I'm in.

I also tried ziggs and he just has too many skillshots for me I think.

So essentially what I'm looking for is a bursty mobile mid with not too many complex skillshots.

I've also done some morde mid. I can do well with him by just getting insanely farmed. Usually I go for our wraiths and if safe, enemy wraiths as well (after pushing to tower ofc). But the problem is I find it so hard to get in range for my full combo (I build gunblade+dfg) since I am so immobile.

Any recommendations?

I think Morde is a solid option based on your criteria and the fact that you have some experience with him. He's an underrated champion that does much better in solo queue than competitive play (which is why he likely sees very little play in solo queue bc he won't be LCS flavor of the month).

If you're unsatisfied with Morde, you can try:

Ryze has no skillshot, good burst, ok mobility, decent role coverage

Akali is super burst, fairly mobile, no real skillshot, decent role coverage

Annie has a ton of burst, not much skillshot difficulty, not very mobile, good role coverage

Lulu has good burst, excellent mobility, some skillshot, great role coverage

Katarina has a ton of burst, no skillshot but somewhat tough to play, good mobility, terrible role coverage

Kayle has good burst, good mobility, good role coverage and no skillshot

Sion has great burst, great mobility, meh role coverage, no skillshot, but is considered weak

Khazix to give you an AD option. Extremely mobile, high burst, minimal skillshot, good role coverage

Learning to play with skillshots is what will make you a winning player, there's a reason why skillshots do more DPS/damage than non-skillshots, and what makes them deathly is hitting them all, so I recommend lulu or leblanc.

If you dont like lots of skillshots then smth like orianna is really solid imo.

My advice was to still learn champs with lots of skillshots, and I followed up with the champs I would recommend for that particular purpose.

what??? LB is a solo queue god if you can play her, she can outplay everyone and counters most AP mids and bursts any ADC.

In D1 LB is banned like 50% O_O, before this feral flare **** she was banned more but nowadays people just ban out junglers like yi, shyv etc, this item is so dumb tho.

like i get the concept that the higher skill cap a champion has the more effective they'll be in the right hands. However, that being said LB is very much an assassin, based on catching someone out, etc. The problem is your teammates will be bad. a lot. and they will throw, a lot. So my philosophy becomes pick champions that can carry in 3v3+ fights and that help bolster your team comp rather than needing the comp to be built around them. I prefer going top lane shyvanna b/c she outscales most of the **** champs ppl pick in silver, because i can be a huge problem in teamfights, because i dont need to worry about our team not having a tank, b/c if things go my way i can even be a splitpush beast, etc.

i pref mid ziggs b/c i do aoe and have utility in teamfights, can protect lanes with ult if needed thus pushing the game later and i have insane waveclear and poke both defensively and offensively so if my team sucks and are losing i can still hold towers quite well with minimal backup

that's my philosophy and certainly you can have a different one that's just as good or even better, it's mostly a matter of preference i think.

So with the buffs to exhaust/heal do you still think assassin champs are the way to go? For low elo i mean.

Also should I learn how to jungle as my next priority or should I just learn my main roles to a high standard? I can play botlane and also mid. Can also play to not feed top (silver 5).

Those are one of the questions that are too vague and different for everyone.

EVERY role can carry, YES, even a support can carry. Every role is great mate . If you can play talon well, go play him, if you can play zilean well, go play him. I don't think you should worry about balancing roles/champs in lower elo's, not even in high elo as I just pick heimerdinger for every lane and sometimes even solo bot.

What do you think of teams without traditional ranged adcs? What would be their weaknesses, and which of those weaknesses aren't patched by having a kayle mid?

I think the biggest weaknesses would be having no ranged DPS, they would only need to take a kite team (I think of Janna), and they would be able to kite you to death. Having no ADC will probally not work in higher elo's, but I have yet to see one to be honest.
