Got ziggs in 3 of my last 4 games, it's so easy!

Just starting to play on my aram alt- you think smurfing is easy? try smurfing aram. the level of awful and don't give a **** will amaze. I had the greatest ever troll yi though. he kept blaming lag and apologizing in broken engrish and ran away perfectly every time any enemy went next to him and 25 mins into the game he said i can play with no lag now and did his marvelous 2 auto attacks for the entire game. I went 32-8 on Ashe and he would have had the easiest win ever if he even tried a little bit but the master was very dedicated in his craft but his name '1v1 pro' told me what'd go down from the loading screen

it is gonna be worth it though when I hit 30 and buy only have the top aram champs atleast until I get bored lol

I play significantly more aram than anything else and have never played ranked, but I feel like an overwhelming amount of ranked players I see on my teams up to gold aren't that good, I.e. based on their play, I feel like I'd outrank them by a mile if I did play ranked. Mind you there's a lot of factors in play and I'm likely worse than them but I duo arams with a friend probably 90% of my lol games and we rarely get carried. When we have bad games, our team gets trampled.

I am plat and when I play arams, a lot of times I just get a champion that I have played maybe 1 or 2 normal games with. My main champions I play in ranked range from mediocre in arams (Vi) to downright awful (Udyr). If I get a good aram champ like Lux/Zyra/Nid, I'll typically carry but if I tried to play them in my ranked games, I'd get dumpstered. If you have never played ranked and were in a Summoner's Rift game vs all those gold players on their main champs, you'd have a bad time.

Yeah you're identifying a major one of the factors I alluded to. Actually that's why I'd advocate arams, it gets you comfortable with a very wide range of champions and gets you quite quickly aware of the capabilities of them all, you don't forget getting melted by a Syndra or something after it happens. Well maybe not comfortable but at least familiar, you have to be aware of the potential of any opposing champs. Plus my mechanics are definitely not as good as people who play a lot more normals, but aram is great for practicing team fights.

I made an aram only smurf for this reason.

Most of the super ops are super boring to play

I don't mind janna but ziggs/sona/nid are total aids

Spam poke is blah

It's a ton of fun getting a bruiser or a tank and just going full on tank mode.

I think my favorite part of arams might be when people get tilted after you lose your first turret and type gg when it's pretty obvious the game is actually really close.

The no poke wombo vs wombo is my fav

Tank wars can be fun too

I love when I have an amazing early game team and they have a sick late game team w/ hypercarries and cc that will inevitably result in pentakills late game and I'm doing everything i can to end it asap but no one else shares my sense of desperation...

Tear is a better item to start imo.

Imo Base Ryze build in aram at least should always start tear, mana crystal and HP pots. Rush ROA and then get magic pen boots and frozen heart. Prob get glacial shroud after tier 1 boots.

how fast do u guys stack tear in aram?

i feel like it takes to long and have been skipping it and rushing roa instead, ofc this makes my late game weaker but i usually dont get past 3 items anyways.

In a game vs a Nid/Fiddle/Ziggs/Janna/Xerath. It's not going well.

just constantly all in without thinking seems the best counter to that team

Yeah, we tried that but it didn't work so well lol. Can't complain, though, since I've gotten Ezreal, Varus, Janna, Teemo, and Ziggs in my other games so far.

had the most insane game earlier I was Alistar with ziggs, zerath, kayle, annie vs Yi, soraka, Nid, sona, and MF just insane amounts of poke and heals on both sides but we won really late game when I got really tanky and when I bought talisman of ascension I was able to speed up annie and we'd catch their sona or soraka over and over again w/ tibbers stun. long game though at the beginning of the game I started to swear my team was getting hit by spears on purpose lol. Alistar def ruins yi's day.

these are fun arams, usually you see your team and think well game over at 7mins(that takes another 8-10 to kill nexus) but when they have equally absurd comp you have pretty epic games

guess I gotta play arams again since they knocked out URF mode. I only play this game for fun nowadays don't even try hard and I'm sick of normals. Need gimmicks to stay interested- will say though the aram people are way more chill I get ragers in aram maybe 1/50 games (including myself), URF I had a rager nearly every game.

Nida is god in this game mode.

Just played a game that had 126 kills in 22 minutes. Most fun game in quite a while.

So broken lol, my 1st death was 15 mins in and only b/c they burned my passive somehow previously(also for the 1st time), but i really needed to die anyway as i had 8k gold, straight up got zhonya's/dcap after having started catalyst (lol ROA was out by this point). the wall is so ****ing troll it's hilarious!!!

that must have been a super fun game cus you had such a beefy ass front line they couldn't get within 30 meters of you lol

Team B is definitely better

Zyra and Jayce are better than anyone on his team most of the time that game plays out as a stomp

His team has no poke and diving vs baby cage is a bad time, plants and jayce q should just destroy riven/renek/jax

I don't know how you can stall till jax/ryze are useful so it probably was just huge skill mismatch
