I think its a maximum of 3 players from the same team. So yeah its gonna be 3 from TSM and Meteos and Double

Did I miss an announcement? I thought they were just taking the first place teams from each regional tournament as the all-stars and the voting was for some kind of showmatch where the rosters are made up of the top 2 players voted from each region.

My guess is that they take the 1st placed teams and let them battle out for the worlds seeding. Then they have these votings for different all-star events.
