Song to perform at a friends wedding?

I've been asked to perform a song during the bridal waltz at a friends wedding early next year........
This seems like the relevant forum to ask for suggestions of songs. I have a few in mind and will discuss with my friend (the bride) at length no doubt. I'd like to get a few ideas together and play/sing them for her to get some feedback.
This can be either acoustic guitar or piano, no band will be accompanying me.
The couple have similar music taste, which is fairly indy/rock in general. So no Brian Adams etc. as definitely not right for this. Any suggestions welcomed.
