Silly_Rabbit brings in for 625

Silly_Rabbit was forced to pay the bring in with [3c]

The closest rule I can find is WSOP Rule #225 - If the participant with the low card is all-in for the ante, the person to that participant’s left acts first. If the participant with the low card has only
enough chips for a portion of the bring-in , the wager is made. All other participants must enter for at least the bring-in amount in the structure.

I don't believe anybody should be forced to pay the bring in on this hand, but I'm looking for a better rules clarification or at least an online "industry standard" for this instance.

Any thoughts?

I don't have any more info but I would agree that no one should be forced to pay the bring-in in this instance.

Yes, nobody should be the "forced" bring-in here. That onus was on LadyLuck, who was already allin. The next person, Silly_Rabbit, then has the option to fold, call for 625, or complete to 2500.

Really? So Silly_Rabbit can call for only the ante amount, not minimally the bring-in amount (whatever that is)?

My mistake. I misread, thought 625 was the bring-in amount. You are right, they can call for the normal bring-in amount, or complete to a full bet amount.

The bring-in may well have been 625 also, that makes the most sense given the HH (though I have only ever seen the bring-in and ante be the same amount at an actual WSOP event never in an online razz tournament). The first year I played the WSOP razz event the first level was 10/20 with a 5 chip ante and 5 chip bring-in! Also they ran short on red chips for the 5s so they used dark blue chips IN ADDITION lol.

The WSOP rule is much fairer and more sensible, yet I've encountered this situation in online razz tournaments at several sites and each one has made the player on the left have a forced bet for the full bring-in amount.

Also note to mods: remember you have a stud forum this could have been moved to!
