I am moving up from 1/2 to 2/4 and I think I have a sustainable win rate that is at least over 1bb/100 for 2/4 L5CD. Supposing my minimum win rate was 1bb (to be on the safe side) does anyone have any suggestions on minimum padding so I don't have to move back down and grind it back up again?
(Which is of course a possibility, but I want to be 90% certain I wont have to do this.) If it matters I usually play in tighter games with players going to draw around 15-20%. Thanks for any suggestions.

CLIFF NOTES: 800 would be plenty for 2/4 right guys? (couldn't edit first post.)

200 bb sounds okey if you beat the level. If you "know" you do it 100 bb is more then enough. If you want to be "safe" 300 bb and more is what I usually recommend. But what is fun with BRM anyway? :P

Yes, 200 bets is pretty safe at any level of limit draw that is $3-6 and lower if your win rate is above 1bb/100. As Bjornar said, 100 bets is pretty safe if you know where your edges are coming from and easily if you are willing to step down in limits.

Thanks for the input Bjornar, and bigpooch I appreciate it.

Can either of you suggest a minimum sample to know my "true" win-rate by 95% confidence?

I'm running over 1bb/100 now, I'd like to know when I'm mostly the clear
