20/40 mix...the MP in this hand is tighter post but loose pre- and the BB is passive action player but 3-bets premiums... I open A25r, MP calls, BTN 3-bets, I call, MP calls 2,3,2. BTN almost always will have A2$W, A3$W rainbow here when they D2, I catch (A25)4... I check? MP checks, BTN bets, I call, MP calls...1,2,2. I catch (A25)48 and check?, Mp checks, BTN bets, I see MP pre-fold before I act and I call...do we break here? I feel like the BTN will bet a 6-draw with A2$Wr or any 8 or better dugi here...if they pat behind i'm always dead but feels like i'm breaking alot of equity otherwise.

hmm is it really, as played? or you mean in general with a ABC-ish+ 4th wheel card type hand like this?

because i wouldn't wanna c/r in general with this exact hand as i don't think i wanna have many (any?) check/calls that go from 2-1 out of my EP opening range, but given it went 2/3/2 and BTN is the 3-bettor pre, c-betting UI seems within reason for him, so like i wouldn't think it's at all farfetched for him to bet, us to c/r, MP to fold, and it goes 1/2 which isn't a bad result for us even if his tri borders on beating ours.

it's of course pretty bad when he goes b/3b but the pot's big already before that even occurs, and we have equity in a quite big pot, regardless.

should add that the implication of course is that i'd typically lead here, and also i should rephrase that a c/r puts max pressure on MP to fold esp given he D3'd pre, as it mighta sounded like i'd c/r because i know for sure MP would fold, which i wouldn't know

You have to bet after the second draw. As played CR and don’t break a made hand against a guy who drew 2.
