2-7td micro bet on end as a bluff?

villian was average but had a tendency to bet unimproved in 1:1 spots and value better on draw streets was a bit erratic. Villian also thought that 3457 was a very good draw and would check a pat 87 on the second draw vs 2 villians who were still drawing. Pre i really dont like my three bet but i think its ok for isolation purposes but villian rarely raises so idk. Villian bets on flop so i think i kinda know what villian has as villian doesnt bet card ahead unless they have a seven draw mostly. then we go one one on the turn and villian bets again and i was planning on drawing but then villian still draws one. Do i have to pat here? I mean I think it is ok against the villian because I can pretty much assume if they bet on the end im beat 100% and can fold without thinking much about it. also against these villians who bet umimproved is there a value in a raise here? I think there might be because villian seems to be barrelling off with this type of draw often umiproved plus if they ever break a nine here it is a major win for me. Also my since villian really doesnt know what i have and i could be trying to execute what looks like a freeze (and my freezing range consistists of bad 87s and some good nines) is it possible for me to bet here on the end as a bluff to maybe get some better tens and nines to fold that is too say if a know villian does not call much with tens or nines at the end? thoughts?
