Turn: bb checks, I bet, bb raises, I call
3rd draw: 0/1
River: bb bets, I raise 87654
I'm thinking not a good river bluff spot having seen a 9 and without having seen many 8s or 7s or any 2s. Wondering also about turn call vs. just fold turn in this bloated pot

You should have just drawn on the second draw. Why didn't you?
If the answer is "I decided to snow", then muck your snow when checkraised. Don't go from snowing to probably drawing dead.
