Triton NL5: nut Flushdraw and medium TP - jam it? Triton NL5: nut Flushdraw and medium TP - jam it?

Anyone here jamming on the turn? I don't think he will call with worse but he might fold his straight draws, thus a decent chunk of equity.

The way it played out I guess I should have made an underbet on the river?

jamming turn seems pretty bad to me. what hands do you think you deny equity by shoving the turn? his only straight draws are random 7x/8x. one, i don't think it accounts for much of his range, and two, those hands only have like 10-12% equity anyways. i like the check.

river i also like the check, don't expect us to get hero'd too often here and think we do better by giving him the chance to turn something into a bluff. imo he's mostly just going to call a block with Ax and fold everything else.

thanks! great answer, makes total sense. I didn't look close enough at his range and possible draws.

Definitely a check on the turn. You are not getting value from worse hands.

and I guess it's a check/fold if he jams or bets big? I think most people would just check back their Ax and the occasional draw doesn't make up for the times I run into 9x?

I can't really think of a reasonable betsize I would call, it would have to be some very small underbet.
