triton NL5: call for split pot?

Had almost 200 hands on villain but no notes...

This is a pretty common spot, would anyone bluff the river or call for a split pot. Villain will give me credit for a decent hand on the turn, so he know that checking behind with medium pairs will be loosing the pot.
