sit a random (i don't know him) at higher stakes game who is sitting alone HU ofc on a poker site.
He is first to act and first five is auto set (but not auto foul).
I play out hand and make fantasy land. I foul fantasy on purpose but no idea what should be done here.

in cash games, if I time out or D/C, which i do a lot, i expect people to just bet instantly ans be done with it, but ofc obviously different.
He was also playing another table same time so wasn't away from computer or anything but didn't realize this till later.
