There are a LOT of tens worse than T9 and a lot of 9s worse than the 97...I'm not saying that calling to draw is right, but it's certainly not that easy to dismiss. Having said that, as much as I hate to fold this hand pre, the 3b size is enormous and we punish that sizing not by calling with hands like this but rather by winning huge pots with the real premiums.
