Excellent in theory. Fails in practice though. Only badeucy goes off somewhat regular.

4 draw mix will probably be popular and that would most likely be the game that goes...at least for awhile

Except you have specialist in each table instead of the same players

Which is great cause "specialists" often suck.

Limit 2-7 triple draw confirmed easy game. I had never played before the other night, when I won a freeroll. Obviously it was beginners luck, but now it has sparked my interest.

I found no limit 2-7 single draw to be a fun game as well. I cashed in a freeroll last night. I don't think I was once check raised, nor did anyone bet 3 bet anything less than a made 7. It seemed like all of my decisions were easy except the one guy who limped in with a shorstack and snowed me in the big blind with a pair and just a 1/2 pot sized bet left. I tanked and I folded a made ten and he showed the bluff. Fun game.

I do not like Badugi. Nuff said.

Um, what happened to this site over the past few weeks?

Right as I was signing up there was always 20/40 or 40/80 draw and mix games going.

Then bam nothing.

I recruited a friend who likes mixed games and we always have to play each other HU.

I don't know why Micon doesn't go out there more often and try and help get some games running. Think we only need a few more people to get it going again.

Any times I have seen these games running it was micon who started them. Traffic is abysmal on the ring games, I have to agree with that assessment. Hopefully a lot of the players that where lost will come back once all the other versions other then windows only are added. If the site offered better promos for players who start tables then the site might possibly get more action. Nothing worse then getting stuck and having game break with no chance to at least try and recoup losses.

Yeah, micon did help get games going at first. Then for a few weeks there was always a steady 20/40 (or 40/80) badeucey game going without seeing him. Now I don't see many of that crew.

For 2 or 3 handed at least you get 50% rakeback. But agree, it's frustrating having it break when down and they leave. And then I'm always trying to get something going and it happens again and again some nights.

I'm a rec and like to play mixed games. I like to pour a scotch and unwind. Some days I would like to be the 6th guy in and warmup as opposed to being tossed in right away to a HU battle.

Yeah, I'd raise and you would fold 863o in badeucey cause nothing scares you more than making an 8 badugi...

Coinbase. But I've heard it is not a good one to use and my first impressions confirm that. Takes about a week to get your bitcoins. But if you give them your credit card number as backup you can buy $100 worth weekly instantly.

So I would like to hear about better options.

Turns out getting it running on my MacBook Pro was pretty easy, even though I don't have a CD drive. Tek-Micro sold me a downloadable copy of Windows 7 for $70, and I installed Parallels trial version. Parallels just took the Win7 file and created a Virtual PC for me, the only hiccup is it took a few hours for Tek-Micro to email me my serial number, but once I got it I was able to boot windows.

The only other tricky part was that I had trouble installing the SWC client, it wouldn't let me login, or it would get in a endless update cycle every time I started. I finally figured out I had to run the network connection for my Windows VM in "bridge mode", which you change in Parallels. Then everything worked great.

I'm still getting my feet wet in low limits, but so far I'm really impressed with the software, it's much better than I expected from other's descriptions. They have some great games, lots of mix and draw game choices. Lots of fun so far.

Sounds easy, except for the part where I don't understand a word you said lol

I like the software. It's nice and there is no goofy gimmicks like typing in "It's a Trap" and seeing Admiral Ackbar. It just disconnects every once in a while. But it happens less and less.

Get on out there. I've been trying to recruit just to get some games going.
