Ok so Preflop i discarded 7 and T
on the Flop i wanna discard 9 and one of the Aces.
Was I correct to keep the A ? Because past discard was lower than the current discard, so i kept the A - am I thinking a bout this correctly?

i think the real question isn't so much between As7s or Ad9d, it's deciding to break off and D2 over D1.

on flop, it goes 2/2/2 and you have A49-A against two blind defense ranges, i can see why you'd draw 2 but you're ahead of them with A49 and you can begin to build fold equity now, as you should have some options down the line to snow. or say turn goes 2/2/1 you get to bet and they have to fold very often. or sometimes that 9d turns into a 2d and now you have A24 and you're still improving the hand.
