I would generally play as call and d3 predraw.
Once you three bet the flop, you are basically playing your hand as a pure snow, which I can't really advocate. You're never getting folds in a game like this, especially once he has raised -- he either has a badugi already or make a 27 hand and people are very stubborn to lay these down. Suspect you get called virtually always and chop sometimes, get scooped sometimes, never scoop yourself.
Of course, I suppose villain could fold sometimes, but I don't see it much here...
