Given that there is basically no qualifier on the low side I'd imagine Queens and Kings Up are losing money. Since your hands are hidden the situation is not as bad in Stud Hi/Lo Regular but have to think high hands are traps, particularly two pair. Definitely playing something like A(A56) though.
Don't think you need to play as tight with A25 though in regards to tris. Having the second worst tri is less of a disadvantage because on the last draw badugis are so much easier to make. I say last draw because in 5cd badugi you should probably be discarding weaker badugis.
