button opens on me, sb folds, i call in BB with:
245Qdddd 2s

i D1 and go for flush. button D1.

i check, he bets, i call

1:1. not sure if i want to break for low or high here. button D1 open is too ambiguous for me to pick a side but what do i know. i draw for flush again.

i check, he checks back

i... pivot to OESD? feel like that's fine but now that i know he's drawing low, if i toss the Q i give up my chances to pair a Q in case he bricks.

Thoughts and help appreciated. Thanks

I’d draw at 2456 and don’t think it’s to close. You can keep the flush draws when you don’t have a gutter.

so like let's say i went 235Qs - 7 we'd opt for the flush draw but any low+gutter we'd prefer to shift to low?

You don’t have enough of them compared to the 4 card ****boxes you have to play. Anyone competent will know that and won’t be fooled. You bloat the pot oop with a weak range. As he said...not a good time
