A-5TD how much river action to put in with a 6?

6 handed mix with a 1/8th BB ante
Predraw: I raise btn KJ522, sb calls, bb 3bets, I call, sb calls
1st draw: 3/1/3
Flop: sb checks, bb bets, I raise K542A, sb folds, bb calls
2nd draw: 1/1
Turn: bb checks, I bet Q542A, bb calls
3rd draw: 1/1
River: bb checks, I bet 6542A, bb raises, should I 3bet?
Result: I did 3b and crying called the 4b to lose to the nuts (spoiler tag not working for some reason)

Seems close. I think I do favour a 3-bet on the river because of your play earlier in the hand. He might expect you to bet more than normal, therefore his check-raise range could be quite wide.
I don't think it's worth raising the flop here (or betting the turn, for that matter). You get rid of SB when you should be happy keeping him in. What do you do with a rougher draw? Do you also raise say 7542 in 2-7 TD in this spot?
