- every card matters.
example, you have A45TT hhhhs. yeah you have nut suited hearts but you also have 4 of them. your hand is pretty damaged.
but you play, cool, whatever.
flop is 4d 5d Tc. you bet and get check/raised HU. you are unblocking 2's, 3's, 6's, 7's diamonds, backdoor clubs. you are blocking your own FH outs. ain't saying fold but what you block/unblock gives you vital information.
- hitting a set in and of itself is good but the whole point of 5 card is that every piece of equity adds up. is it limit? then be prepared to show down those hands and bring better coordinated stuff with you.
just a couple things off top of my head. would like to hear what others think.
