In 2-7 TD, straights, flushes and pairs count against you. I understand that if you have a pair vs someone else with a pair, the lower of the pairs wins. But what about straights vs pairs, flushes vs pairs, or straights vs flushes? Which ones beat what in those cases? I’m sure most of those situations are rare, but I’m curious what wins if it were to ever happen.

It's the complete reverse of "normal" (think hold'em) ranking, so:
- A straight beats a flush;
- 2 pair beats trips;
- A pair beats 2 pair;
- Etc.

Yes, like uber said, just take the rankings for "high" poker, and reverse them. There is only one exception. If I were playing 5-card draw high, and my hand was A2345, that is a straight. However, in 2-7, the Ace is always a high card, not a low card. As such, the same hand in 2-7 is not considered a straight, but counts as A-high, with the 5432 kickers.

Oh ok right, should have thought of that since the goal is to make the worst poker hand. Makes sense, thanks.
