Yes, like uber said, just take the rankings for "high" poker, and reverse them. There is only one exception. If I were playing 5-card draw high, and my hand was A2345, that is a straight. However, in 2-7, the Ace is always a high card, not a low card. As such, the same hand in 2-7 is not considered a straight, but counts as A-high, with the 5432 kickers.
