Preflop totally standard, though a tighter strategy can still be profitable as this is a marginal call. Never folding the nut gutter and top pair here, never mind the bdfd, but with none of your draws being nutty I'd consider folding for two otf. Your implied position is better with the gutter than say making two pair but even if you hit your best cards you will never be in a spot where you want more than two bets going in, and you can also own yourself pretty badly here. I hate to say this, but the lineup you're in at the moment should dictate how loose you want to be for multiple bets. If there's a nutcase burning them up then you can't throw a hand this strong away, but if it's the TAG regulars then you aren't going to make much continuing in this spot.
