2-7: call down with 33 in riv 1/1 with 3rd player all in? 2-7: call down with 33 in riv 1/1 with 3rd player all in?

6-max midstakes

UTG all in for 1 SB
I raise BTN 236-66
BB calls

BB 2
UTG 3
BTN (me) 2

23456 - BB checks, UTG is all-in, I bet, BB calls
1/3/1 - 2345-A - BB checks, UTG is all-in, and I check back
1/2/1 - 2345-3 - BB leads, UTG is all-in

This is a trivial call by me in any HU pot but i'm not sure with the 3rd guy in. I'm also unsure how having 666 dead should be affecting any decisions here. Now that I look at it, I think maybe I can sneak in a bit of extra value with a turn bet, and also fold out some rough draws that think I'd be bet/patting turn as well. BB also should have more gutshots and rough stuff considering his non-lead after the 1st draw.

Thoughts? Thanks.

Is this actually a trivial call in a hu pot? Feel like we have so many hands that aren’t pairs.

In a hu pot what frequency are you snowing on the second draw?

in river 1/1 vs BB range? oh yeah.

curious thing is that i think it actually functions better as a bluff-raise than a calldown.

snowing frequency is something that's hard to construct via numbers. your frequency snowing there will come from the roughness of your draw vs the viability of it as a continued draw vs blockers.

so you might say just pat snow 4678 from the go because you didn't hit a 2, 3, or 9. or you might go 458-88 into 458-55 into a snow. or you might have go 238-88 into 238-33 and just keep drawing. so lots of different hands and reasons to do different things there.

If BB leads the river with 22 thru 55, bluff-raise may be better. Plus if you get called and win, then ITO.

So you're only folding (or bluff raising) river with a 4, 5, or 6? Rest are calls? I'm just surprised but granted haven't done the math.

Your first sentence is thinking about the game and spot very incorrectly. TBH I'm not going to elaborate more than that in a free forum like this but it's true.
