If the two raisers ahead of you are competent, you can go ahead and fold this pre.

UTG looks like he has better than a T here after leading the river into two players.

Pre is a clear fold. Turn should be a fold, too, particularly with the player betting into a dry side pot, so there's no snowing happening. River is weird with the all in player and is also basically irrelevant because this situation is so avoidable.

Thank you

UTG was somewhat loose (32vpip) so I decided to make a loose call, then he patted so on average that's like a K/Q/J sort of pat hand right?
Is drawing to a smooth 7 vs predraw pat hand in a big pot always a mistake?

I thought that he drew once and then patted. I'm not always that great at reading these things. Sorry. Preflop is still very bad, but the turn is okay in this pot size. Median of any badugi (although nobody should be THIS loose from EP) is a jack. I guess pot must be big enough to call the turn, but again with the all-in player I'm not exactly sure about the river. When in doubt in limit, call the end.
