Does WWE pad championship reign counts with short reigns the way that AEW pads win counts by having their wrestlers beat jobbers on their Dark shows?

The length of Charlotte Flair's championship reigns as Raw or Smackdown women's champ are: 147 days, 28 days, 12 days, <1 day, 5 days, 1 day and then she is now in her current reign as Raw Women's champ.
