The piped-in crowd noise on Smackdown is just lol bad. A minor punch to the stomach by Jinder Mahal got a bigger crowd reaction than CM Punk clothes-lining Dwayne.

so did cena really become the first mitb cash in to not win the belt? i'm really thinking on the next raw it'll be declared that his cash in didn't count because of the big show and then he'll re-cash for a shot at summerfest (because cena can't just get a title shot whenever the **** he wants, folks). and of course punk will job because he's a heel now, so that means immediate belt drop and 4 consecutive ppv rematches where he loses every one of them and then ends up in a tag title reign with big show. ugh.

just remember that last year, punk kicked off what could've and should've been a massively huge angle by winning the title at money in the bank, then lost the title 4 weeks later at summerslam, jobbed to hhh at night of champions, then became face punk.

i'm just trying to out-trainwreck whatever crap they have "planned" for this year

I mean I don't want to give WWE too much credit for long term booking, but it seemed pretty apparent last week that the plans are for Punk/Rock at RR. Which would mean Punk is going to retain until then. I don't see him necessarily beating Cena clean from now until then (though it would be nice), but I still don't see him losing the title either, especially not as soon as SS.

But unlike Tensai, Punk actually gets a crowd reaction each and every time he comes out. As for Nash the only reason he didn't face Punk was because the blood pressure medicine he was on caused him to not pass the physical. Punk/Rock is a much different case then two guys who were having their first fued in the WWE in almost 10 years.

Smackdown is taping like a mile from my place on Tuesday. Unfortunately they're advertising Cena vs. Show and Big Johnny for its dark match, which by itself makes me just want to skip the whole thing. That and the Sheamus reign of boredom are going to keep me away I think. Wish SD was putting our their quality product of recent years right now.
