The women's division has come a long way over the last decade, but with John Cena on his way out and Roman Reigns part time, she should be the next face of the company and person they build around for the next decade at least.
But would she be doing press/going on late-night TV in her usual WWE TV makeup or more how she looks like on her socials? Vince is no longer running the show, but would feel like there'd be some trepidation from higher-ups/Board on the face of your sports entertainment company being a tall spooky goth woman

Nothing wrong with a tall spooky goth woman.

I don't know, how did the Undertaker do press?

I wouldn't mind either look, but might actually prefer the standout one for talk shows and such.

And she's actually not that tall (5'7 ish), but is built in a way (broad shoulders) that might convey that she is.

Did The Undertaker really do consistent press/sitdown interviews during his WWE run (outside of when he was biker Taker?)

I guess I’m curious what the point of this is. Granted I never would have thought I’d ever see punk in a WWE ring again and it seems like a testament to H’s savvy that he agreed to come back, but I can honestly say I don’t care enough to watch

Just bring MJF over plzkthx

I think an MJF run in WWE is inevitable. He’s too big not to, the ceiling for this guy is unlimited. But right now, he’s rightfully focused on getting the bag and I’m sure TK is paying it.

I put the over/under at 5 years for Max stepping into a WWE ring.

Punk’s promo was super generic. Basically the same as his initial AEW promo.

Ya it was pretty uninspired but not sure what else I should have expected. Clearly setting up punk v rollins

Did like the line he said during the credits of ‘im here to make money not to make friends’ though

Anyone see the photo of Brock's daughter floating around? Gotta be a photoshop with his face, right?

No that’s actually her. Genetics are undefeated.

Punk’s promo on smackdown ****ing sucked

I wanted to keep an open mind and I realize it’ll probably be him going over rollins at WM to main event night 1 and that’s probably why he was willing to come back, but so far he’s just completely phoned this **** in

The thing that made Punk such a big draw was his willingness to ruffle the feathers of the big birds, but that may be something he's unwilling to do right away to win over some skeptics, which will probably make his promos fairly dull (at least in terms of his usual standards) for awhile.

He's happy as he feels like he is ****ing over AEW who have 'wronged him', this feeling will slowly be replaced with any aggrievances he has in WWE. He will then replace this with ****ing over WWE with whatever until he is rich enough or irrelevant. I would assume his stranglehold on people watching during his hype is strong enough he can pop up as much as he likes as long as there are two or more actual relevant companies.

Hopefully the comments section is all informing him that that's an inappropriate hyphen connecting "all time" in that context.

This may be a hot take, but WWE has handled Dominic far better than AEW had handled Hook. Although I still wish he'd hit the gym and look like someone to take more seriously in the ring, he's become respectable, while Hook started hot, seemed to disappear for a bit at his hottest and then got hooked up with the joke crew.

The rest of this is dedicated to me new obsession with Rhea. Love the way she plays with the fans at the house show.

Am I missing the big deal behind Andrade coming back to WWE? Outside of a great theme, I don't recall anything spectacular about him beyond solid mid-carder

Perhaps there's hope for him cutting promos in Spanish in pre-taped vignettes like Shinsuke, unless they actually pair him with Charlotte

He can be really good in ring.

His match against Gargano at whatever Takeover that was is in the discussion for best match in NXT history.

After Rock's "Head of the Table" comment, gotta wonder what they have planned for Cody at Mania this year.

In order of least to most appealing:
1 - Multi-way Raw title match with Cody v Punk v Seth (multi-way with 3 babyfaces = yuck)
2 - Cody v Drew (Not sure how they can drum up enough interest in this. Maybe Drew gets involved in title picture or faces Jey Uso alternatively)
3 - Cody v Logan Paul (Could be slightly interesting w/ or w/o US title ramifications)
4 - Cody/Randy v Judgement Day (tag titles - but Cody v JD seems overdone at this point after SS War Games)
5 - Cody v Steiner/Breaker (Steiner makes his debut in Rumble, Cody eliminates in final 4 then gets attacked on Raw. They can play up the family histories)

Some other stuff I can see potentially happening at Mania:
Brock v Gunther (IC title)
Uso v Uso
Orton/(Knight/Cody/Styles) v Judgement Day for tag titles
KO v Solo for US Title
Rey v Santos
Cody/Styles/Knight/Sami v Logan Paul (or even Solo if Paul still has the US strap)
Knight v Styles if not Paul

The women's picture seems much more complicated. There's likely to be some kinda cluster**** with several teams for the tag titles.
SD title: Io v Bayley (unless Bayley costs her the title before this, then Bianca probably in title match or maybe a 3-way here)
Rhea....
- Do they trust Jade yet? She'd have to win Rumble & probably this match too. Not sure they're there yet.
- Any possibility of Sasha returning?
- Was thinking this would be Becky's spot, but Nia clipping her clean on Raw takes away some of that steam. Would assume they'd want to get Becky hot if this match were happening.
- Bianca wins the Rumble?
- PLEASE NOT Nia Jax unless Rhea is going to destroy her.

Is it just me or is Rock's current character WOAT level? Pro-USA anti-foreigner stuff in 2024? Getting the crowd to chant lame things? Just awful. At least the Head of the Table comment salvaged it from being a complete dumpster fire.

I'm not going to put any grand superlatives on it and claim that he's a worse character than, say, Xanta Claus, but The Rock is not an enjoyable wrestling character in the modern day beyond the nostalgia pops.
