It's almost certainly going to turn into a celebration of women in WWE with a ton of surprise run-ins and feel less like a huge match to determine a title contender. I'm already annoyed in advance about it.

Elias is a pretty good “old style” worker both on the stick and in the ring. I really enjoy the character. Worked a really good match with Cena.

Listened to that segment. Stupid. What they said it is clear what they wanted to do and they did it. Imo the worst aspect of the match was all the Cena garbage. Near Falls, marquee spots and the like.

Elias I thought worked a good match in an older style and made it look competitive and that he was trying to win instead of just hit spots. That’s what I enjoy. Clearly not what today’s fans enjoy. I guess it explains why I don’t much enjoy today’s product.

I didn't see RAW because Christmas. Forgot it was even on last night until opening this thread earlier this morning.

Didn't listen to that segment yet because busy but I'll circle back to it. It sounds interesting. I think it's just hard for people to get invested nowadays because people wait for a few high spots and usually on the first signature move kickout we get the "this is awesome" chant if the match hasn't been offensively bad and then it's over after a few more high spots and/or finisher kickouts. Formulaic garbage.
