I mean I guess lazy/bad writing would be forgiven if he was at all an interesting or dynamic character. But all he does is growl into the mic, spit all over his face, and do like 3 moves. He sucks James.
wrt Braun's booking, I like to compare this type of booking to Umaga in 06 until he lost to Cena at the Rumble in 07. Umaga stayed relevant though. It was the same with Ryback when he lost to Punk and then he became an afterthought. It's just what happens with the monster characters. They're brought up to make that generations Hulk Hogan look heroic.
I think he's over a lot because people want someone who will dominate and who's different. There are just so many wrestlers now that feel the same. They have no charisma, can't cut a promo, but they have a different move set. Braun's intimidating which a lot of wrestlers are not and he not only doesn't get 50/50 booking but he's dominant in his matches. He also got over because he faced Roman and people want to boo Roman.
Regarding your last post. I wasn't hating on the reunion of TS just the lol reunion after one week of mentioning it.
