I absolutely love Nakamura's music/entrance.

With that said I do have some concerns that he'll have trouble getting over with the predominate wwe universe as opposed to NXT crowds and last nights smarkamania crowd who popped massively.

Yup. There's an obvious language barrier, but I'm not sure I can even site that as the reason I just couldn't get on board with him at NXT as much as others because Asuka blew through that barrier and is more awesome.

I'm a pretty big Nakamura fan but I didn't really enjoy much of his NXT work outside of the Sami match. Matches with Finn, Joe and Roode were ok but not great.

I've posted many times that I don't think non-English speakers have what it takes to get over in the US without some sort of masked/silent gimmick I but think Nakamura might be the exception. His charisma is just through the roof

Yea I really want to like Nakamura matches but outside of his match with Sami I've just been left feeling kinda meh. But, I still tune in to every match of his, maybe just for the entrance. *shrug*

Nakamura speaks some English - not to the point where he can cut a 15-minute promo, but seems like he can throw in a few one-liners when needed

Don't think anyone is being negative about Nakamura. It's more a case of not having faith in WWE's booking which I think is pretty justified at this point. I'd be more than happy to be surprised.

Smackdown has been pretty good at utilizing its people, so I have some optimism here. It's at least not going to be for a lack of trying, since it's clear that they're presenting him as a big deal and main eventer.

My only reservation is with the fans; he'll obviously be huge with the NXT audience, but not sure how his style will go over with everyone else.
