You're not wrong, that match was peak entitled HHH in match form.

I don't get this. Why didn't he just do this after elimination chamber ?

The RKO is so over that Randy Orton can burn the corpse of someones dead sister and the show will fade to black with the crowd chanting his name

I hope the park rangers find that shed soon

I don't know what was worse about that promo. Was it the fact that it just came out of nowhere and made no sense, or was it how the cameramen just seemed to disappear throughout the shoot

idk, I liked that segment. I recognize it was a bit over the top, but I find it more interesting than the expected RKO reveal I expected. I mean that's pretty much the most evil thing we've seen someone do on WWE programming since Taker hung the bossman. I'm now intrigued on how this is going to play out and I didn't feel that way 30 minutes ago.

I also like how AJ is going to be in the complete right for being mad at Shane when he gets pulled from the match next week.

So Orton claims his title shot, AJ faces Shane over losing his shot, and Harper enters the ARMBAR. Yeah, that's pretty much worst case scenario.

I mean this mania was destined to be **** once it became clear there were 5 part timers taking main events (taker, goldberg, lesnar, hhh, shane). Here's hoping there's some bright spots tho

I am much more lenient than most of you when it comes to storyline consistency. But WTF was that Orton promo? It made no sense. And it doesn't help that I thnk of Mika Rotunda when I think of Bray's sister.

Still hoping for a 4-way (or even 5-way because Rowan is coming back) for the title instead of AJ/Shane.

So, 1 more than last year? Yeah I know it's different this year because half the roster isn't injured and more people are featured now that there is a split, but at least we aren't getting a Shaq match this year, as was rumored

So Orton was in for all those months to gain the trust of Wyatt so he'd give him the keys to a shed?

The shed contains Abigail's remains and it was hinted that those are the secrets to Bray's "powers" and what makes him who he is in terms of controlling people. Like it's all very silly, so I can see disliking it, but I don't think it "made no sense" or was inconsistent in kayfabe.

I thought it was kind of sweet, but Bray looks really stupid for trusting Orton given his reputation, and I was hoping they would do a reveal where he at least showed some foresight of Randy's plans. I'm also bummed that they seem to just be dispensing with Harper, who has been so good lately and deserves a real push.

Nothing could make me actually excited for Cena/Nikki vs. Miz/Maryse as a match, but they sold it as a Wrestlemania-worthy feud in the opening segment. Fantastic promos imo.

What made no sense, for me at least, was how they went from 0-60 in terms of this storyline. The literally went from Orton pledging his loyalty to Bray and turning down his title shot, to him burning down the shed. There was nothing in between and that made it odd and confusing.

It felt abrupt to us, but it makes sense from Randy's perspective. He was waiting until Luke was fully out of the picture and he had access to "the kingdom" (the shed/compound/Abigail). To get the access, he needed to do the pledge last week, which we now know was a ruse. I don't think a slower burn would have made sense given Randy's character is all about striking quickly, VIPER, RKO, etc.

The segment was goofy as hell, but it reminded me (in a good way) of Attitude Era storylines with Undertaker.

Just watched the last segment.

I don't get the logic. Randy already had the title shot due to winning the rumble; it wasn't like he had to goad Bray into giving him one by making Bray really angry.

Also RIP cameraman who was locked in the shed.

It wasn't until Randy proved his loyalty to Bray by declining his WrestleMania title shot that Bray trusted him enough to tell him the location of Sister Abigail's final resting place and the source of all his powers.

What powers?

The power to lose well over half the feuds he's been in?
