I believe that's the third person Nia has given a concussion to in the last few months. The other two being Zelina and Alexa. Gotta send her back down if you're not going to cut her. That's not an accidental elbow. That's just staring straight at her and then elbowing her in the face.

Makes me sad as Becky segments have been the one thing I've been sure to keep tabs on over the last few months. She's been doing a great job.

Hmm...they pulled DB off the SS team before his title match tonight. Something may be happening?

They scraped up the Colons for team Smackdown. Guess Crime Time wasn't available.

Was not expecting the DB heel turn.

Edit: But then again, they're averaging about a turn or two a week and not sure if that was a Becky face turn tonight either, but seems like she and Charlotte are besties again.

WOW. Does this mean Brock/DB?

I was looking forward to Becky v Rousey, I struggle to see Flair v Rousey being that good of a match, the prior would have gotten away with being a scrappy brawl but Rousey in a more "proper" match....

Was not expecting Bryan to win that match, I can only see this leading to him getting thrown around by Lesnar because Lesnar couldn't be bothered having a proper match with Styles.

Indeed...and Heyman kinda spoiled it by saying the only person Brock wanted to fight more than AJ was DB before Bryan even came out.

Also seems like Seth/Nok is gonna be the only straight face/heel match on the show now.

Brock and AJ from last year's SS was one of the best matches of 2017 and not a typical Brock match. I expect the same with Bryan

HBK/Rock is the only “dream match” I’ve wanted to see more than Bryan/Brock. Can’t wait for this match.

Yeah I wanted to say too that I've mentioned on here at least a handful of times that this is my only dream match. I cannot wait to see this go down. I may even donate $9.99 to WWE for making the match happen.

Didn't expect the Bryan win nor the Colons being on Team SmackDown. Looking forward to Bryan-Lesnar tho.

Ye I'm hoping so, that match was the only good one Lesnar had bar some of the Goldberg ones which were more good moments that matches. Bryan was a naughty boy refusing to go to Saudi though and they have a track record of squashing him to troll fans. The only thing making me think it will be a proper match is the heel turn but him getting squashed could fuel that more I suppose.

Two things concerning me about the match:
1 - Are they really going to let Brock drop DB on his head a bunch?
2 - Heel Bryan now...which on SD means you just kick/punch/grab balls a lot.

The go home show has the two biggest matches change. Might be more than every go home show combined.

I'm just marveling in zero build or reason or mattering whatsoever for any match on survivor series.

I don't care whatsoever for either of the new matches unless they're both hilarious squashes.

They had to do it to get the crowd back behind Charlotte, and it's barely a turn for Becky when the whole crowd is behind her anyways. It felt more like them finally acknowledging reality to me.

I think Becky vs. Ronda might main event mania now and it'll deserve it. Nia being a clumsy oaf kind of worked out here, assuming Becky can recover without any issues.

WWE didn't and still don't want to push Becky, her being injured will just be the good excuse to kill her momentum and shuffle her back into the midcard imo. Shame as I've never been a huge fan and recently she's been ridiculously good. Her twitter feed recently against Rousey has been gold.

Nah, they know she's a star and that is how she'll be treated going forward imo. And I have every reason to be skeptical because I've liked Becky for a long time and it never felt like they "got it." But she has been pushed extremely strong for months now. The feud with Charlotte was designed to make her a top star and it did (even if it was via a semi-botched heel turn), and I don't think there's any way they can go back now that she's 100x more over than anyone else in the division (except possibly Ronda).

They're not going to waste Charlotte/Rhonda in a meaningless match at a meaningless PPV. We're getting a swerve and Becky is going to interrupt the match, probably before it even gets started.

That's why they hotshotted the belt to Bryan, because they know a Bryan/Lesnar match will appease the crowd enough that they won't riot too loudly when the co-main event doesn't happen.

I think Charlotte/Ronda will be an actual match, but I do expect shenanigans at the end, probably involving Baszler and her cronies. It'll be very interesting to see if Shayna drops the NXT title the night before. I don't think Becky will do it because "ruining the match" is a heel move and they seem done trying to position her that way (though she'll still be a neutralish badass).

I also think a Ronda heel turn is very possible, since she's already starting to cut some unlikable promos and I sense the whole "she's so happy to be here" thing doesn't have a ton of legs left.

This thing is set for a 2 hour pre-show and then a 4 hour actual show.

That's 2 traditional PPVs worth of pro wrestling all in one long sitting.

That sounds so painful. I can't believe anyone wants this.

Do they really? I've watched all the RAWs leading up to this aside from the last one and the only matches I know about are Brock/Bryan, Charlotte/Ronda, and Shinsuke/Seth. All from reading this thread . That's how you build matches!

Survivor Series is such a joke. Does WWE still actually consider it one of the major PPVs?

This whole Raw vs Smackdown angle is so pathetically bad. It makes no sense, and the way the seemingly build it every single year now is just repetitive and lame. Why do these 'invasions' happen?

Babyfaces are babyfaces, why in kayfabe would Asuka agree to cowardly attack the Raw women from behind? If a face wants to prove they are the superior wrestler, wouldn't she want to do it with 'honor' face to face.

Are we really supposed to believe every face just gives up their morals for the sake of BRAND SUPREMACY for 2 weeks before everything just magically goes back to normal like it never happened in the first place the day after SS?

Nice rant, but you missed an even more key point. The week after WM, a good portion of these people are traded to the other brand anyway. So next year, they'll drop their ethics and morality for loyalty to the other show.

Ha, yeah. Last year, Natalya and Tamina were both on Team SD for the womens match. This year they represent Raw.

Last year, Somoa Joe was on team Raw in the mens. Now he BLEEDS BLUE.

You guys do know that free agency exists in real sports and athlete switch teams all the time, right?
