My only concern is the HDMI converter. The cheaper ones can have some real delay and loss issues. The N64, in particular, is a tricky beast when it comes to this. Even my Retrotink 2x (which is ~$130), isn't peak performance. Serious enthusiasts mod the console itself to have perfect replication. If you find yourself having issues, check them out

As for the Everdrive, I can't recommend it enough. For $100 you can have it all (and more). It obviously takes some tooling to set up, but it's only a day of work. There's actually an active modding scene for N64 as well, so you can play some wild hacks like 2player mario and Goldeneye with mario characters. Additionally, Everdrive has gameshark support built-in. So you can cheat to your heart's content on all those hard-to-impossible levels from childhood. You can freaking fly in Ocarina of Time.
Edit: The X5 is the one you want, but it looks like it's currently out of stock

X7 is really overkill, so I'd just wait until stock replenishes for the X5. Krikzz is just one guy in the Ukraine, so things can move slowly. It took me over a month to receive my X3. The forum is pretty active, so check there for stock updates. Feel free to PM me with any other questions.
