super tilts me that they can't find a way to make the original music work or that the original agreements don't let them show the damn thing as it originally was.

I remember being in Middle School and one kid was getting his uncle or something to send him all the ECW stuff. I wasn't good friends with him but I was friends with a kid who was. They treated the ECW stuff like they were getting it off the black market. I remember borrowing a tape or two and thinking it was insane and maybe even too much for me. Since then I have seen a bunch of ECW and enjoy my fair share of matches from that era and certainly looking forward to going through their PPV's on the network.

And for a trip down memory lane... the kid who got the tapes had a full working wrestling ring in his basement where he put on little shows. I was into backyard wrestling as a kid, but this kid was over the top. He ordered authentic wrestling masks and had a few racks of wardrobe. I wrestled in there a few times with him and he was stiff as crap and a lot bigger and stronger than me so I think I stopped wanted to go over there lol. That and we weren't allowed to "beat him" because of it being his home turf, lol.

oh they definitely were. I think if you watched it regularly you would see why they were cheered massively.

Almost all of the ECW themes are written over with generic music which sucks because that's part of what made ECW special. Having Candido come out to Guns N' Roses or Sandman to Metalica or Funk to "Desperado" was awesome.

I understood cheering for Sandman at least. Like I didn't really have anything against him I guess, he just didn't appeal to me. I definitely sat there watching week after week and thinking "what is supposed to be so great about Tommy Dreamer...?" Like I absolutely don't get his success at all.

Master, my XBox just popped up with an update for the WWE app. I'm guessing this means our problem is just about to be fixed.

Confirmed, just logged in on my XBox for the first time. Naturally it's right at the start of Raw when I won't be wanting to use the network anyway. I'll check it out on commercial breaks.

Really weird, there are only 46 PPV's for view. There is no search function. Im assuming this will get updated shortly

Yeah it's a little buggy right now but I'm not too worried about it, should sort itself. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have individual match searching on PPVs.

Surely that'll come eventually though. Getting it up and running was def. #1 priority for obvious reasons. lol first world problems.

Using the Rb button skipped me to the end of the PPV when I tried it a bit ago. Still you'd like to hope there will be chapter searches.

Is anyone else having a problem selecting a certain year on the ppvs? The only one I can select a particular year for is the royal rumble.

In the XBox yes. I can select a year for more than the Rumble but I can't for SummerSlam or Mania. I also can't find WCW or ECW shows at all.

The problems you guys are describing on the Xbox are similar to what was happening to me on the PS3 when it first started working a few days in...all the chapter searches and the like weren't there at first but have been added to everything I've watched in the last few days. I almost think you guys have to treat this week like a relaunch or first launch and see where you stand at the end of the week in terms of bells and whistles.

Just hooked up my PS3 to the network. Infinitely better than the pc version. The timeline bubbles are really cool on PS3.

Alright those posts are good to hear, I'm sure XBox will catch up to the rest then. It's limited in its selection right now but it does have Money in the Bank 2011 so maybe I'll give that a whirl tonight.
