Re: **WWE NETWORK THREAD**

Tough Enough was insane to think about

Only 10ish weeks for completely new guys to get up to speed and have matchs live on TV?

Maven vs Tazz was lol, he missed his dropkicks and looked green as hell. Now seeing the timeline they did that show on, he did pretty well really.

Re: **WWE NETWORK THREAD**

Hogan vs Warrior, and its build up, was as close to wrestling angle execution perfection as anyone could do

Absolute brilliance

I very much hope you're talking about the 1990 rendition. It really was shockingly good. I didn't actually see the match until years after the fact, and it caught me off-guard how good it was.

Re: **WWE NETWORK THREAD**

I feel like Warrior had 3 memorable matches that weren't train wrecks.

Honky Tonk when he won the IC title because it only lasted 9 seconds.

Hogan when he won the WWF title, which is incredibly surprising because neither of those guys were known as good workers.

Savage at Mania, which I'd certainly call his best match. Unfortunately, the most striking thing to me concerning that match is that everyone involved in it from Macho, Liz, Warrior, Sherry to the ref (Morella) and announcers (Gorilla & Heenan) are all gone.

Speaking of train wrecks, I would have loved to have seen a Goldberg/Warrior match at some point. Could have been the biggest disaster of all time.

Warrior-Rude at SummerSlam 89 was very enjoyable.

9/8/97 Nitro. Malenko vs. Psicosis. Idiot fan hits the ring, and tiny-ass referee Mark Curtis singlehandedly takes him down with ease and then holds him down in a front facelock until security swarms. That was quite satisfying.

Re: **WWE NETWORK THREAD**

From at least the moment that Nitro hit the air in 1995, neither of the Steiner Brothers ever did a single interesting thing (outside of the Steiner math promo in TNA). Just boring as **** despite still having some talent and some ability to go. I liked them a lot earlier in their careers.

Is this the prevailing view around here, or am I in the minority?

Re: **WWE NETWORK THREAD**

Harlem Heat vs. Steiner Brothers was on Fall Brawl '97 to determine #1 contendership. I can't get my head around anything but strongly preferring Harlem Heat there. Having the Steiners be the primary tag team foil to the nWo for such a long time sucked.
