I personally liked it and thought he was genuine. Thought a lot of the questions asked were softballs obv, but thought Cena was honest and genuine in his reply.
I think he is genuinely a positive and optimistic guy and is drinking the vince/wwe koolaid hard. But I honestly think he lives that way and everything I have ever read/heard others say about him reflects that. I think the portion about him doing it for the kids is 100% real, he gets off on it. I think its obviously a bit corny but I absolutely respect him as a person and a professional. His shoot interviews are basically the opposite of a Kevin Nash shoot interview because of who they actually are as people. But they are still shoot interviews and not works.
I was at WM31 and the raw after and the anti Cena chants and sing-a-longs are 1 of the best parts of the show. Even tho I do respect and like him, its really fun to cheer against him. However I think its so cool and obvious to boo him now that its starting to become cliche and he is starting to get some cheers from people who just cheer against the crowd no matter what. Likely the very people who started booing him in the first place.
