I have to at least give them credit on this Kofi thing. They took a guy who's been there for a decade and really done nothing special on his own and then booked the crowd into cheering him.

It's not like anything has even changed on his end. He didn't even speak a single word during his meeting with Vince tonight. The other two do all his talking for him.

This feels like I'm replying to a joke as if it wasn't a joke, but...

...my point was this is supposed to be some sort of a physical combat competition and in kayfabe we're given one person that is ultra dominant (Flair) vs someone that can't walk without a crutch.

In kayfabe how are we supposed to have an interest in this? Like Mike Tyson vs a blind guy in 1987. It should just be a massacre.

But I'm clearly the dumb one for replying to this anyway.

This PPV is legit dying days of WCW level bad. We've got overbooked messes of a finish, bad backstage segments, changes to matches during the ppv, post match beatdowns for no reason, and an atrocious commentary team that doesn't care at all about what is happening.

It really has been atrocious. I turned it off as soon as I realized that the goddamn Shield reunion was the only thing left, as literally all viewers should have, but the rest was pretty awful.

They had a few weeks build up of Bryan vs KO with a mix of Kofi and then suddenly the title is being won by pinning Mustafa Ali.

I just read that Jarrett is back on the creative team and everything makes sense again.
