LKJ would've been proud of me today. Not only did I pick up 11 cents in change off of the ground, but off of the floor of a men's bathroom stall! I'd like to think I'd still do this if my net worth was 10x my post count, too.

Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves.

Dear Burdz,
I say the following as someone who is dead broke: have some self-respect, son.

Burdz mapped that out differently. He wanted to bait me into giving the exact reaction that I gave and then to have someone get mad at me over it and turn it into a Henry tangent.

Foiled again, eh Burdz?

Uh no? You give me too much credit all the time. Just thought you'd not appreciate my lack of dignity, as usual.

Anyone mind if we crosspost TRs ITT?

If you're referring to TRs of your trip to a bathroom stall, I don't even want to think about crossposting in that context, so, yes I object.

If any movie fans want to play that kind of sheep, I've posted one in POG.

Reveal is tomorrow night.

Neat, thanks. Didn't know you were a classic movie buff. Still so many older and silent films I feel ashamed for not seeing yet (especially anything D.W. Griffith and Charlie Chaplin)

I've never seen it, it looked awful when I saw previews for it on-demand way back in the day. Also, it's a Gene pick. I stick with Vincent's picks.

But yeah definitely a classic film buff. My movie taste is overall pretty diverse, though American action and sci-fi movies are my least favorite genre and are far less prevalent in my catalog than dramas and comedies.

I've seen Weekend at Bernie's and remember enjoying it, but I was a little kid. I assume today it'd be much harder to like because:
1. I'm much less of a ****** today than I was as a child; and
2. Very few 80's comedies hold up well. Like you can count the ones that do on one hand.

Disagree with your second point. Anything starring Bill Murray, Steve Martin or John Candy hold up just fine today (not so much of a fan of Ghostbusters, though). Planes, Trains, and Automobiles is timeless, it's a shame it was rated R because of the car rental scene, otherwise, I think it would've been much bigger of a hit if it was PG-13 (albeit that scene was classic).

I was going to post a few older comedies from the 80's that I liked, and I have a decent list. Then I looked all of them up and every single one of them was actually released in the 90's. I suck.

Also, not even a funny bad movie. Would've gone with something like The Hottie or The Nottie
