It is amazing how under the radar the Dolphins are. Cameron Wake has been one of the top few pass rushers in the league for the past half decade and he hardly gets talked about.

I was definitely surprised at today's game though. Absent a really compelling reason to pick the road team, I'll almost always pick the Dolphins to hold serve at home in September, just because it seems to be a miserable place for a road team to attempt to go play. Bills seem pretty legit though; maybe even more legit than I thought, and I picked them to be a playoff team.

I thought the string of post Marino QBs was that punishment?

Speaking of, I am losing my faith in Tannehill. He has a good arm, is capable of making all the different types of throws, can scramble well while still looking down the field, and often doesn't make terrible decisions, but damn he just has very little accuracy. Plus at some point you have to actually take a step forward after a couple of years. I'm not fully on the sell train with him yet but I'm getting antsy. I'd love to see him under a different coach. Philbin is the king of "Third and 8? Run 6 yard curls" and it can't help.

Miami in September is usually great so this one was a big disappointment. It also sucks they keep making us play September games in London. Last year with Oakland, this year we lose a home game against the Jets? I can understand the London game, but it shouldn't be a divisional game. I know it's really not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things since Miami is bad, but not getting a home game vs the Jets but having a road game vs them blows.

Buffalo seems really solid this year. I like Rex - wish he went out of the division or hell to us would have been great - and he has an already great defense to work with. Been impressed by Tyrod too. With McCoy and Watkins they finally have playmakers too. That teams going to be quite good I think. Maybe not #2 in the AFC, but top 4 I think.

Yeah, that's awful.

I dont understand the need for a London game every year, or multiple games there. It doesnt benefit anyone involved. Well I guess except for the NFL office. They are never going to put a franchise over there, and I hope they would never put a Super Bowl there, but who knows. The NFL really likes to make decisions that piss off their fan base, and I think at some point its going to back fire on them

From a fantasy perspective, I'm enjoying Tanny chucking the ball to Landry and Matthews all day because they're constantly behind (not enjoying drafting Lamar in multiple leagues in Rd. 3 and him rotting on my bench because they've given up on running).

Oh, I am well aware of Mr Caldwell's resume (and John "Punt literally every possession" Fox's, Andy "send out the kicking team" Reid's, and all the other Mikes and Chillys). I stand by my statement. Click the link to see such examples as "Throw a 15 yard completion on 2nd and 15, have a defensive holding penalty, accept the penalty", "Call a timeout up 4 against Rodgers with under 2 minutes while the clock is running on 4th and 3 and the play clock is at 3 so the Packers can sub in players", and "generally being a ****wit".

Seriously. John Fox punted every possession. How is that even possible?

(oh, and Moo, you're right. Wake is a beast and he deserves better)

I watched a good portion of that game, and the offense was pathetic. I probably would have punted every possession too

On 4th and 1 near midfield late in the third, down 20 (I believe), that's pretty indefensible to punt in that spot. Yes they were probably ****ed regardless, but just rolling over and playing dead isn't helping anything.

I hear you, and out of all of the Bears possessions, this is the only qyestionable one, but I dont think punting there is horrible. Yes they were down 20, but their defense had been playing well all game. They only gave up one touchdown all game, the other one was a kick return, so the thought process of pinning them deep and the forcing a punt isnt all that bad, because if you go for it and miss Seattle is in FG position just about and can pretty much ut it away there.

They also punted on 4th and 2, down 23, with 12:36 left in the game. That's not even attempting to win; that's just attempting to lose by less.

John Fox finally has achieved his dream of punting an entire season.

This. I hate it. I hate that my friends and brothers won't stop talking about it. I hate fan duel and that other ****ing one day draft thing. And I hate people asking why I don't play.

One of my brothers even asks for my help with his draft every year. I've never played in my life and know nothing about how it works except for the fact you take a running back in the first round. But every year he says, "I need your help."
