"Yeah, I'll have a filet mignon sandwich with extra beluga on the side, and a Cabernet Sauvignon, which year do you recommend? Oh, and be sure to crunch in some of the Cool Ranch Doritos, you guys still do that right?"

After her stunned stammering, order whatever you were going to order. Let's see if she plays her little game with you again.

Back on the topic of movies....

I went to the new TMNT movie on its opening day. I had low expectations, but back in the day I was a huge fan of the show/movies, so I was going to see it regardless. My low expectations weren't even met. Everybody involved with the production of the movie should be ashamed of themselves. I'd rather watch Turtles 3 6 times over before I watch this pos ever again.

This pic was the first thing I thought of when I saw the new turtles.

I was a massive fan of the original cartoon when I was a kid, I still have one of the first comics from when it was just one turtle. As soon as I heard it was Bay I lost all interest though.

Not gonna lie, this is an odd combination of thoughts to open a post.

I was a huge TMNT fan back in the day as well, watched the cartoons religiously and had the whole set of action figures, etc., but one glimpse of the previews for this left me without any interest at all in seeing this latest reboot.

I just saw a grown man, I'm going to guess 50-55 years old, walking down the street in slacks and a John Cena t-shirt and baseball cap, the same gear that Cena wears to the ring. He definitely caught me staring at him with a "WTF" look.

At least he didn't go with the jean shorts as well.

Not that I noticed. But it was just surreal seeing an middle-aged adult walking around in John Cena ring gear (except with long pants). The amusing thought is if that's his answer to Blue Friday (where everyone wears Colts **** in support of the Colts). If he specifically picked it for today as his show of support for the guy that he's rooting for on Sunday, that's amazing.

I would occasionally see people that appeared to be dressed up as 80s Hulk Hogan for Halloween at first glance until about 8 years ago. On days that were not Halloween.

I'm trying once again to get into college football. I've tried several other times and failed. For this goround, I have chosen to support the University of Washington Huskies. I'm not sure if I'm bandwagoning or not.

I've also seen people in full Cena gear complete with sweat bands, but most of them are little kids.
